In this workshop, Black Belt Nia Instructor and author Susan Tate and Wellness Visionary and author Jill Pagano will lovingly and playfully guide you to discover how your thoughts, feelings, and actions concerning your well-being can create a happier body and life.
During the second hour, you will have the opportunity to dance that into the body with a specially choreographed hour of joy-full dancing.
