 Move2Center welcomes Grandmother Kaariina Saarinen to a pair of special events at our studio. This is a last-minute visit for us, and we hope the West Seattle community will enjoy the work she is offering on Wednesday and Saturday of this week.
Introduction to the Time of Prophecies & the Sacred Wheels 8-10 p.m. Wednesday, October 23 Fee is based on a sliding scale: $33 to $55 Available via PayPal in advance or at the door. During this event participants will: * Explore guided movement to drop into embodiment and presence * Share in the ancient ways of circle names locations of birth and intentions * Offer greatest fears alive at these times * Begin to walk on the WHEEL of GRIEF to experience what is ancestrally awaiting awakening * Dance integrally to move what has awakened * Sit in circle once again to share what is now realized Dance of the Sacred Wheels Full Activation Noon-5 p.m. Saturday, October 26 Fee: $111 for the Dance of the Sacred Wheels Full Activation Day workshop, Culminating in the Wheel of Abundance and Cacao Ceremony During this event participants will: Invite in the Building of Community through coming together with commitments: * Honesty * Truth * Trust building * Vulnerability * Sharing ancestral stories * Arrive at Thresholds for leaving pain body * Entrance on to the WHEEL OF GRIEF * Commune with ancestral grief at each direction * Circling with insights two by two then full circle * Facilitating the WHEELS with the inquiry: WHAT does this invite from soul levels? * Final circle: focusing on this earth body and where we all came from From Grandmother Kaariina Saarinen: In these times of prophecy and climate change. Join Move2Center's own Ann Nicolaysen on Saturday, November 9th for Dance of the Deep Feminine, an experience of purposeful movement meditation. What is the Dance? Originating in tantric traditions, this is a moving meditation that opens the portal to explore our deepest Feminine essence. It teaches women to move from their center and their womb (or womb space). From Ann: "As women, we hold a universal truth that cannot be understood through the mind. To embody your feminine wisdom it must be awakened through your womb as a second 'brain'. Tapping into the mysterious fluid rhythms of your unique feminine essence, this movement allows for an effortless flow of energy leaving you feeling more sensuous, youthful, and more alive."
