Plant the seeds for your 2019 intentions in stillness. Join Certified Meditation Teacher, Tai Velasquez and Certified Sound Practitioner, Shantau Fellows for an afternoon of guided meditation, immersive sound bath and aromatherapy.

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and whatever else you need for your comfort.
