With every new year comes fresh possibility. Somehow, though, 2020 feels different. I’ve been sensing the coming of a great shift. In what direction? That’s up to each of us.
And all of us.

Join us for our New Year's Day Class this Wednesday, January 1 at 10am, featuring our very special guest (and always special to us!) author and movement revolutionary Jill Pagano, joining Mel and Ann in a Happy Body/Nia Jam to kick off the New Year!

Beforehand for inspiration, let’s look at the numbers.
