Gyrokinesis ® Fridays at 9:30 am
The GYROKINESIS® method works the entire body through seven natural elements of spinal movement, gently working the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises.
Gyrokinesis movement increases circulation, increases the mobility of the joints, and stimulates and strengthens the nervous system, leading to improved coordination due to the increased muscular connection.

Meditation for Beginners: Thursdays at 6 pm
This class introduces the practice of meditation as a sacred form of self care and path to personal fulfillment. Jeffrey’s somatic approach will guide you into a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Learn to sense and appreciate your whole being and recognize your own needs.
Drop in classes on Sept. 13 and 20
Fee: $20 new students or $15 for those having participated in a class
Full series: Six Thursdays from 6 pm to 7:15pm beginning Sept. 27. $100.00
