* Assess if you are in a Foot Fog.
* Learn Jill's 4 Step "Get Happy with Your Body Process" ( you can use anywhere on your body...we'll be using on our feet).
* Receive take home tools to keep your feet healthy thus improving how you walk, dance and keep your balance.
* Gain better understanding, appreciation and gratitude for your amazing body!
